フリーモーション

Free Motion

スライドの駆動部をサーボモータで制御することでモーション(スピード・位置・加圧力)を任意に設定する事が出来ます。

As controlling slide drives by a servo motor, slide motions (speed, position and processing load) can be set freely. Free motion enable both high-speed production and high-accuracy production.

高精度

High Accuracy

リニアスケールによるフルクローズドフィードバック制御により、下死点精度は常にミクロンオーダー。製品のばらつきを抑え、不良品の発生を防止します。

Thanks to full-closed feedback control using linear sensors, bottom dead center accuracy is in the micron order. This reduces the lack of product uniformity and minimizes the production of defective products.

低騒音

Low Noise

低騒音モーションにより、従来のメカプレスに比べ大幅に騒音が減少。防音ボックス相当の低騒音を実現します。また、金型の振動が少ない為、金型寿命も大幅に向上します。

Thanks to the low noise motion, a major decrease in noise over conventional mechanical press have been achieved. A low noise level equivalent to a box has been attained. As die vibration is low, die life has been greatly extended.
